Home of the Underdogs is a freeware/abandonware site that offers a vast number of titles for download. It is a virtual gold mine for many classic out of print games and has grown to a library of over 5,000 games. The list of freeware game titles is fairly impressive but it's been quite some time since this site has been updated.

Happy Independence Day!
Just in time for the July 4th weekend, we're rolling out another patch will solve some additional issues and improve certain functions, and is available through the Deploy Client and Steam. Here's what this patch contains:

Added Clan support. Add clan tag in Account Settings. You must change information while in single player mode for now.

Server browser performance improvements
Fixes joining password protected servers so it no longer selects the server underneath the mouse cursor when clicking on the "Join" button in the password entry dialog.
Fix for settings menu improperly closing when ESC pressed and leaving the player stuck with no UI and limited control
Mission generation optimizations
Fixed issue with logging into game servers that sometimes used another player's soldier profile.
New TS3 SDK integrated
Improves how server manages authentication objects
Fixes issue with players being added to the scoring system not having all of their scoring data written.
Fixes issue where players not logged into MBS were being logged out if they left the server prior to authenticating
M320 grenade attaching issue resolved.

A. Enemy Forces: Elements of the 42nd Battalion, N.M.E. North occupy the commercial and governmental districts of the Travnizeme. Command elements of the 42nd currently occupy city council chambers.
B. Friendly Forces: 82nd Airborne. Bravo Company will be responsible for securing the commercial district. Charlie Company will secure the governmental district.
C. Environment: Dusk. Sporadic precipitation and light fog. Urban environment with civilian presence.
ROE: Rules of Engagement published 12MAY05 are in effect. Use appropriate force against positively identified enemy combatants only. Minimize damage to local infrastructure. Be advised large civilian presence in contested area.

Escort Team:
Situation: On 17JUN09, the Travnizeme security chief contacted Task Force Griffin command, claiming to possess vital information about the enemy's illegal activities against the civilian population.
Mission: Your squad will conduct a search VIC of WS380623 to secure a local national bearing important intelligence and escort him to grid WS391623 NLT 172311ZJUN09 for extraction.
Interception Team:
Situation: On 17JUN09, the Travnizeme security chief contacted Task Force Griffin with information on a Czervenian intelligence agent meeting with N.M.E. forces. The Czervenian agent is vital to N.M.E. activities in the area and must be neutralized.
Mission: Your squad will conduct cordon and search operations along major lines of communication (LOCs) leading to the suspected extraction point located at WS391623 IOT to interdict the transfer of the Czervenian agent.

TAKE AND HOLD
Defense:
Situation: As of 15JUN09, N.M.E. forces have been arming local Pro-PKC militias with weapon caches stored in the area.
Mission: Your squad will conduct cordon and search operations in the area and secure any weapon caches found. Suspected cache sites are in buildings vicinity grids WS393623, WS396623, and WS394623.
Offense:
